Blu ray audio problem (star trek)

Trying to watch Star Trek on blu ray (the one with Chris pine). The surround sound does not work.
It's working with directv, and it works with the previews in the blu ray, but when the movie starts to play, the surround sound doesn't work at all. I have a Yamaha receiver and it works other blu rays, just not this one. Any suggestions?
