Where was Cap? I assume Bucky was still somewhere hidden, but I'd be surprised if Cap just left him there.
Also Killmonger does know about The Avengers right? His plan kind of seems faulty once they get back together

I wondered this as well. Ok sure, you were able to defeat Tchalla. Do you really think you'd be able to defeat Cap, Ironman, Thor, Hulk, Scarlett Withch, and Vision

BP and Cap are pretty evenly matched FWIW. And Cap has taken down stronger enemies than BP through the years.
