Anyone here collect Criterions

I recently just started collecting again and it’s been interesting. I just got a box set of Truffaut films that’s I’m looking forward to watching. I’m trying to get into some Hong Kong films like police story and hard boiled.

I used to, had a pretty nice selection but i lost about half after a breakup years ago. Thought it was a small price to pay to be out of it.

I wouldn't say I collect, but I do have a bunch. I bought most of mine befits they starting doing Blu-ray. I buy a couple every time they do the 50% off sale in July and November.
I once found and purchased a criterion robocop at the College/I-10 FYE. That's probably the only "collectable" one I have

Criterion and Vinegar Syndrome are the two boutique blu ray labels that are absolutely worth collecting

I own maybe a few dozen. Most are DVD from when I worked at Blockbuster while in college. I'd like to get the Hard Boiled criterion but haven't pulled the trigger on it for $50 used. Ib the last few weeks I picked up Don't Look Now and Amores Perris criterions.

I stopped a long time ago. Bet I have them in a box somewhere. I don’t remember all I had but I did have every Kurosawa movie.

I have a bunch but haven’t bought near as many since the Criterion channel started.
