Anyone get in touch with MoviePass customer service?

Lost my card, can’t get anyone to respond to anything. Not even to cancel the card. But they have a stupid cancel and you can’t redo it for 9 months.

After about 6 weeks of waiting they responded to a Facebook message I sent. The service is great but it’s astounding how non existent their customer service is.

So has anyone had any luck with a replacement card? I? don’t have Facebook so I? can’t send them a message on that.

They sent me an email saying I? should’ve gotten my card and my payments would begin the next day. Didn’t get my card, they billed me and haven’t answered any messages (email, through the app, Twitter or Facebook) since i started emailing in September. I got fed up and cancelled.

I’m surprised no one has filed a bbb complaint against their customer service. It’s borderline criminal.
