Any of your SO into the Olympics WAY more than you?

My wife is watching/DVRing every hour of every day. Fine by me as I have total control over the downstairs TV fro a couple weeks, but I am starting to slightly worry about her obsession.
She and I talked today, and she asked me to "be patient" during these 2 weeks, and I'm pretty cool with it. Just seems such an odd obsession, given how much I don't care about the Olympics.

Nah we both really like them. All the kids have gotten into it too this year which is pretty awesome.

I control the TV for 3 years and 11 months every four year cycle, but for 4 weeks ( winter and summer olympics) it's understood she's watching the olympics and there's no event she won 't watch

Yep. I like them. Wife loves them. It’s background to me mostly.

Yes, but also am a huge Olympics fan. It’s the only sporting event she watches so I’m into it.

We usually watch. Neither of us are interested in watching this year.
