The theory making the rounds is because they tried so card hard to keep everything a secret, these last few episodes all had limited crews on them. Sets and editing were done with only essential people, so it actually had less eyeballs on it.

Nit-picking everything about it now.

Do people not realize how often this happens in television and movies? There are articles and websites dedicated to this shite. It's funny, but it's not a sign of lazy film making. It's almost impossible to not have some filming mistakes
