I like your 25 year marker, because if you had said 30 I was gonna go with Dumb and Dumber.

Old School is funnier than Pie though.

Nah.

Just in that genre Superbad is a far better movie.

Off the top of my head:

Borat
Death of Stalin
Superbad
Grand Budapest Hotel
Bridesmaids
Little Miss Sunshine
Mean Girls
Being John Malkovich
There's Something About Mary

Are all funnier and better movies

I’ll still laugh out loud just thinking about scenes.

I was thinking about this last time I watched it but couldn't Jim be charged for the webcam stuff? No way that flies in this day and age.

To each his own. I don't dislike American Pie by any means fwiw, but I do tend to lean against that genre in general. Annie Hall is probably my favorite all-time comedy

I think American Pie is a classic.

And naming a favorite comedy movie is actually very hard to do , if you have taste.

However, there are a ton mentioned in this thread that are better.
I'd say super troopers.
Super bad
And even In Bruges
Are better.

Also the Simon Pegg movies are better.
Hot Fuzz and Sean of the dead

Either that or something about mary.

I liked the second ap as well.

Others have listed good ones, but as a younger guy I had to sneak in to see there’s something about Mary. And there was just something about Cameron Diaz. Also the hair gel scene was classic when you are going through puberty.

Where did it go?

40 year old is great. I had it on dvd and during that Katrina/Rita time in br just watched it over and over.

When I remove the blade I keep in my boot from its sheath, I can’t return it until it’s split bloood
