I never ever liked Will Smith so I can't use him as an answer.
Honestly I'm as big a De Niro fan as anybody, but that's actually a good answer. From 1970-2000, and even some movies after that (Silver Linings Playbook comes to mind), he's as good an actor as anybody, but the past decade or so, he's had some garbage. That garbage unfortunately damages his legacy.

His last good role in my opinion was playing opposite Johnny Depp in "Donnie Brasco". He should have gotten an Academy Award for his portrayal of Lefty Ruggerio in that movie.

I think the pinnacle for both DeNiro and Pacino was Heat. Yes Pacino did his overacting shtick but it worked well with the character. They both really nailed those roles. It seems down hill for both of them after that movie.

De Niro
I feel like Nicholson phoned it in his last 10 years or so.

Scent of a Woman is damn near unwatchable

I agree to a point. There are moments in the movie where you start to get invested in the relationship between Pacino and Robin (I can't remember dudes name) but everytime you start really getting into it Pacino goes into hypercrazy and it takes you out of it almost.

Bruce Willis.
It's pretty clear he doesn't even try anymore. I can't even remember the last time he looked like he gave a shite.

Agree, his shtick is old enough that when I rewatch old movies it bothers me where before I enjoyed it. This may be my new number 1.

In addition to the people mentioned already which I agree with I'll add Ashley Judd, Mark Ruffalo, Ron Howard (he used to act), Emma Watson, Natalie Portman, Leonardo DeCaprio and I'm almost there on Mark Hamill.

Alyssa Milano. Not due to her acting tho. Always thought she was hot, but now we know she's bat shite crazy. Same with Charlize Theron

I’d add Joseph Gordon Levitt to your list, as well. Can’t agree with DiCaprio as I always know he was prog filth, I like the fact that he’s fat and out of shape while still exclusively banging girls under 25 lol.

Deniro has already been mentioned. I've been binge-watching Justified this past week and I'm on the season with Michael Rapaport. I'm reminded every episode that I really dislike this dude, both as an actor and a person.

They keep telling me this guy is a movie star. He is a big big deal, but I don’t know a movie in my adult (2001+) life he has headlined that made me go...man this guy is amazing.
Tropic Thunder bit part is the only thing I can think of.
Tom Cruise is going to die trying to be an action star apparently.
