The worst are probably some of the bit cast members that only lasted a season or two and didn't have many feature skits. Beth Cahill comes to mind. I never cared much for Victoria Jackson's characters, but I wouldn't put her in the worst category. I also stopped regularly watching SNL in the mid to late 90's so not familiar with many cast members past then.
Collin Quinn was also terrible. He wasn't even funny on Weekend Update. Can't really remember any other skits he was in.

Other than Aidy Bryant, this is the type of list that should be showing up here. People that are so terrible that you forgot they were oon the show. There's got to be a couple of dozen cast member who didn't last a season as featured players because they sucked so bad.
In 1986 Lorne Michaels fired everyone except for Lovitz, Miller, and Nora Dunn.

The most overrated to me is Kristen Wiig. I not only find her to be unfunny, I also think much of her stuff is just cringeworthy.

She’s condescending, entitled, and just a twat. She’s a fat Veruca Salt. Her father bought her way onto that show. She hasn’t done a single funny thing on that show as far as I’m aware. I don’t know how Colin Jost and Michael Che can put up with her.
Her spin off show Shrill I don’t think I’m exaggerating is the worst show ever made. The entire show is about her being a narcissistic fat whore who is better than everyone, yet she has two abortions in the opening season with no fricks given about birth control. And unlike say Walter White or Dexter, she’s non-ironically presented as a role model for little girls to emulate.
I want Tim Dillon to host SNL just for him to wear a recording device ripping into Aidy Bryant to her face only for him to be thrown out of Rockefeller Center within the hour.

Jimmy Fallon
Horatio Sanz
Kenan Thompson (may be the worst)
Tracy Morgan (unpopular, I know, but I couldn't fricking stand him on SNL)
Leslie Jones (should be on a bottom five list of anything she's a part of honestly)
ETA: As mentioned, I am sure there are plenty of small, bit players that nobody really remembers that would belong on the list. But since nobody (me specifically) really remembers them, they don't really count toward my list.

I can't stand Jost and think Che could arguably show up on a bottom five list (he is absolutely atrocious as a WU host).

I'm not trying to defend her, because I am not super familiar with her work/characters on the show, but I thought she was decently funny in one of the GOAT sketches, Abraham H. Parnassus (oil baron).

Tracy Morgan also tipped me off on how much of a douche Kattan is off the set, and Kattan was even worse towards Tracy than Norm (granted Norm was already a legend before Kattan joined the cast, so fricking with him was a 10/10 bad idea). Plus Will Ferrell and Sandler don’t like him either (why do you think they’ve almost never put him in any of their movies), and all of his characters are really the same. I liked Kattan when I was a kid, but looking back save for Roxbury sketch he just annoys me.
