Would you rather a Super Bowl or a College Football National Title?

Title says it all.

What would you rather have?

I'm taking a Super Bowl here considering it's so hard to get there and win one and also considering how terrible the college football post season is currently (only 4 teams get in, relying on acommittee, etc...)

In my case I would rather the Saints win a Super Bowl over LSU winning a natty, but it's pretty close. It's hard as frick to win a Super Bowl.

Thoughts and discussion are encouraged.

Maybe it's because of how incredibly shitty the Saints were my entire life but the Saints winning a Super Bowl is an insane thought to me even though its already happened.

Not sure what kind of question this is.

Super fans of NFL teams are going to say Super Bowl.

Super fans of college programs are going to say National Title.

Casual fans of both will probably say Super Bowl slightly more often since the NFL has a larger overall national fanbase.

Understandable for a UGA fan.

Even as someone who watches CFB all day every Saturday and hardly any NFL, I still recognize the Super Bowl is > anything else in sports, besides maybe the Olympics.

They are both equally "prestigious" in their respective sport however the NFL is a much more world wide famous league and winning a Super Bowl will get way more eyeballs and overall notoriety.

I'd say I'm a bigger LSU fan than Saints fan, but I'd still say Superbowl. LSU has 3 NCs, 2 of which I've seen.

True, but I'd also always take a college title over a pro one in the same sport.

When you get one it might change.

Saints SB was a bigger deal to me than both LSU NCs, which I would have never guessed.

College natty. I've seen the Packers win two Bowls and play a third in my life already. And Wisconsin is a program lacking a lot of the built-in advantages of elite college teams.

In such a high-parity league like the NFL, nothing the Packers could achieve would come close to something like Wisconsin beating a B1GE champion and two top four teams back-to-back-to-back.

Plus I'm pretty checked out of the NFL right now. So college natty it is.
