I think I'm going to be sick. Red Sox dick slapped the DAT all over the place last week and now we have DATs embracing it?

I'd like to see the Dodgers win the WS this season. However, after watching the game last night, I have a sinking feeling that the Dodgers don't have the horsepower to beat the 2018 Red Sox.

The Boston Red Sox look very, very strong right now.

I'm getting the impression that only a perfectly healthy Houston Astros team could beat them in a 7 game series this season. Yes, I know that the RS beat the Astros in the ALCS, but, weren't the Astros missing some core players due to injury?

Chris Sale was hospitalized after he started game 1 so he wasn't the usual Chris Sale during that start and Pedroia has been out the entire season. Imagine how much stronger the lineup would be if Pedroia were in the mix.

The Stros and Sox just swapped places this year. Picking up JD Martinez had a lot to do with that.

But I do agree that if any team in the playoffs this year had a shot at beating the Sox in a 7 game series, it would be the Stros.

Yes! All true. Too bad we were all cheated out of seeing a perfectly healthy Red Sox and perfectly healthy Astros compete in the ALCS. It was an epic battle already, so, imagine the greatness.

I get a funny feeling that this WS won't be so epic in the competitiveness category and that the 1916 WS will be repeated in 2018.

Five game series don't count as epic.

Looks like '04 Sox throwing out ceremonial first pitch(es) and Boston Symphony Orch for the Anthem - solid.

Go Sox - do damage

I don't expect Ryu to last more than 4 innings.
Red Sox go up 2-0.
