Oklahoma City Is trading F Jerami Grant to Denver for a 2020 first-round pick, league sources tell ESPN. Deal brings OKC it’s sixth future first in past week and saves Thunder $39M in salary and luxury tax.

Woj: The Thunder acquired Danilo Gallinari to start at Grant’s F spot in Paul George trade. Denver gets another long versatile wing for a loaded roster pursuing the Western Conference title.

Damn OKC is going to have a lot of ammunition for a Process style rebuild.

They may have to use one of the picks to dump Steven Adams though.

Jerami Grant was a decent player. Gallinari is too injury prone for my tastes. My guess is this is just a continuation of their roster slim down in anticipation for a Westbrook deal.

OKC is starting over. All talent must go and they're just trying to stockpile picks and youth.

Grant is only 25, but his deal expires after this year and he'd be looking to get paid. OKC doesn't seem to have an interest in that right now.

Wait until they trade Westbrook ... they will have so many damn picks

That's why the Knicks make so much sense. Trading every 1st for the next 10 years for Russ dominating the ball all the way to an 8 seed until he breaks down screams Knicks.

Ok.city with draft picks.

Good for them.

In two or three years they will be contending. Maybe in seattle.

Who wants westbrook?
Depends on the price.

Contending for what? Most of these picks aren’t for 3-6 years

There draft picks are from Philly and Clippers.. Chances are they will be mid to late 20's for the next few years. They could strike gold but I also see them trading for a few assests in the next few years instead of going all in on drafts.

The Heat picks are the most attractive, which is one reason why it's interesting to see the Heat mentioned as a potential trade partner for Westbrook.

The Heat picks the Clips gave OKC probably decline in value if OKC gives Westbrook to the Heat. So, do they try to recoup that?

I still think even Miami will be a 5-7 seed going forward and those draft picks will still be early 20's. That is why OKC got so many because most likely none will be lottery picks. Because they have so many they can move 3-4 for another good assest in the future but I highly doubt they use most of those draft picks.

OKC selling off in a hurry. Wonder what they plan on doing with all that cap space. Who's up for Free Agency next year?
