Great pitcher but understands he doesn’t have many more years left in the tank, and is trying to maximize championships. He recognizes the astros window has closed, so could very easily see him in New York next season imho. What’s the boards thoughts?

Pairing him up with Garrett Coles would be awesome.

Braves don’t wear pinstripes.

The Astros are so in your head it’s sad

Let Judge walk and sign JV and Correa. If you can't beat the Astros, you may as well become them.

JV stated in his interview after opting out that NYC, specifically The Bronx, isn’t him. Doesn’t seem interested in being a Yankee at all.

I think he'd consider it if not for the Yankee fans.

negative y’all are irrelevant and will never be the Yankees. There’s only one New York Yankees. You Houston, St. Louis, Boston fans want to be us but you never will! Just be happy you won 2 that’s cute and better than most. Congrats!

If Jim Crane wants him back badly enough, he’ll be back in Houston.

Do you think Verlander will be able to get a hit that might help the Yanks score enough runs to get past the Astros?

He came out and said that the NYY specifically were behind in FA pitches

Good luck with that.
