Will Bible verses be allowed on players' jerseys?

Since the NCAA joined the "allow social justice message" world, I wonder will they also allow players to put messages like "John 3:16" on the patches.
Will any pro league allow them?

Jesus was a social justice warrior. I see no problem with this.

This post is ironic bc quite a few bible verses can be taken as SJW messages that fit current times.

I'm sure they can be. Just will find it all laughable when the NCAA will allow "BLM", but will ban "John 3:16".
IF you're going to allow SJW messages, you have to be open to quite a wide range of them. It's completely disingenuous to "give" players the freedom to put messages on their uniform, yet restrict messages to just a few handful of "approved" ones.

Well since they already have a Tebow rule on the books for eyeblack who knows what happens if a kid writes BLM or initials of Taylor or Floyd how they’ll react.
You can write it on tape though. Which makes the Tebow rule stupid

Leviticus 20:13: If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death; their blood is upon them.
Oh boy talk about stirring the shite if someone had the balls to put that up.

This must’ve been a red meat topic on Rush or Hannity today.

LOL, as if I would waste my time listening to them. But, I ask you to answer the question in the OP

Yall do a good job of making yourselves the victim
Pretty sure Tebow had verses when he was playing just not on the Jersey

How is this even remotely playing the victim? I just want a straight answer as to why is it allowed to have "Black Lives Matter" on a jersey, but not "God so loved the world".
You have to come up with a clear, sensible reason for it.

NCAA Bans Tebow’s Scripture Verses

This is the card people play on Christians now.

No you want some to confirm your bias. Social Justice does not equal religion and you know that. So when the inevitable happens you can throw a shite fit.
Allow me to ask you a question if a school allows a Christian verse would you be fine with adding an Islamic one?

Yes, I would. Those creating the limitations on which SJW messages are allowed are doing the same thing you want to accuse me of: confirm a bias.
If patches are allowed, players should be allowed to put messages that they really feel compassionate about, not some trendy CNN driven mantra.
It's the only way to truly allow the players the freedoms of expression.
Why can't they put "Breast cancer awareness" if their mother has or had the disease? Could it not be ok to even put "Spay/neuter" because you don't like the pet overpopulation?
Why does the message only have to be what some official comes up with?
It's either all or nothing.

The USA is a fairly Anti-Christian country so I'll go with "no."
