He’s rich, thin-skinned, and surrounds himself with yes-men.

He’s on the spectrum. Seriously.

One of his best friends as a kid was Michael Beasley’s crazy arse.

The NBA is a player driven league more so than basically any other sport.

Jack Eichel did a similar thing in the NHL but no one outside Buffalo Sabres fans cared.

The NBA created that giving players full control to demand whatever the frick they want.

Inmates running the asylum.

Not happy with one little thing? “frick this move me”

I’m not sure if he has as much leverage as he thinks. He’s got 4 yrs left on his contract and his whimsyness makes him hard to trade, at least for a nice haul

Because he’s had his arse kissed his entire life because he could throw a ball through a hoop. When you’ve had people telling you nearly all of your life that your shite doesn’t stink, you think you can do and say no wrong.

At some point you realize though. Maybe not.

He ways 1/2” from being in the NBA Finals two years ago and likely would have won. He is still a top 5 talent.

Every team would want him, it’s just the asking price the Nets are asking. He’s trying to apply pressure.

i can't imagine being second fiddle to Lebron in his era, even as great as he's been, helps his mental health

He left Steph for Kyrie. Delusional isn't the first word that comes to mind.

I mean, autistic or not, he won 8/9 Finals games against him to the point where LeBron faked a broken hand while being swept, while Durant took the ball upcourt and nailed the series deciding shot in 17 in LeBrons face then LeBron was afraid to guard him the next year.

He’s probably got some obsessive tendencies too.

And even that wasn’t enough for him.

Start suspending them for a year without pay when they refuse to honor their contracts, and give the teams temporary cap room for 1 season to offset the respective cap hit. Give the team an automatic club option in the offseason to terminate the player's contract without penalty or re-instate it.

You want these mega-guaranteed contracts? That's fine. But you are going to sit on the couch for a year when you don't play. The first player that pulls that stunt to try and sit out a year and play elsewhere is going to get a contract well below their market value.

When people look back in a decade, both Lebron and Durant will be second fiddle to Steph.
