UGA is in regardless(unless the unthinkable happens and they lose to The Nerds).

Funny that the OP is bagging on our wins when they got throttled at home by a team in UT that just gave up 63 to South fricking Carolina. Spare me the "mUh GEoRgIa sTrUgGlLeD" nonsense.

If LSU wins out and USC wins out...and TCU wins out...

1. Ohio State/Michigan winner (Loser out)
2. TCU
3. LSU
4. USC

But TCU is going to lose so you will have...

1. Ohio State/Michigan winner
2. LSU
3. USC
4. Ohio State/Michigan loser

An 11-1 OSU/um loser that didn't win shite isn't going to the playoffs over a 12-1 acc champion.

I swear most people are utterly retarded when it comes to playoff selections.

I believe that's a better loss than anyone else's.
it would also be the most recent of any team’s losses

No one that loses a CCG should ever make the playoff (until they make it 12 teams, and even then, CCG losers should sweat). There are just too few spots and too many teams to take a team that had the chance to seal their deal in the last weekend of the season and didn’t

I really don’t get why you think this.

The Ohio State/Michigan winner, TCU winning out, and USC winning out, could very easily knock Georgia out if they lose to LSU.

You act like Georgia just ran through murderer’s row.

CCG should be an elimination game...I agree with you 100%

Realistically it’s UGA. They’re going to be favored over any team in the country and you know they’ll show up in big games. I don’t need them to prove it. Same with Alabama of the past decade.

against dogshite teams that Georgia is getting a complete pass by the Committee. Because they don't do their job. This is last year assumptions.

Kicking the shite out of the current 9 and 10 teams gives them credit that not many other teams have.

B/c they are the (one vote shy) consensus #1 team in the country, have shown that they are a notch above every other team in CFB, save for maybe OSU, and one close loss in the conference title game shouldn't completely eliminate them. Especially when you consider that if it were LSU that beats them, they lost by 4 scores at home to a UT team that just gave up 63 points in one of the most historic upsets of all-time.

And the committee doesn't exactly think high of USC b/c of their defense. They told you that when they put LSU at 5 in front of them

Georgia has to still be in as I see it.

So you have Georgia in and LSU out? I think that is what the op is about.

USC could potentially close their season with 3 straight ranked wins and a conference championship.

They would give them 4 ranked wins and a conference championship. Compared to UGA’s 2 ranked wins and no conference championship.

I doubt my scenario even happens, but you should be far from assuming Georgia is a shoe in if that happens.

USC would have a better resume but defending champ + SEC + recruiting rankings would probably put UGA in ahead of them.

You should be on the committee.

It seems you have some objective analysis that none of us are privy too.

Please share...we would like to move on from "the fan/honk eye-test" that the committee uses.

If USC wins out and UGA loses to LSU, USC has a better Resume and that's an objective fact not based on childish "muh, but but,,,uh, uh...Georgia is better, I'm telling the truth Mommy."
