Why do the Broncos keep drafting quarterbacks?

Because they don’t have a young promising one on the roster. Seems pretty straight forward to me

Lock at 42 was great value IMO and they absolutely need a long term solution at the position. I don’t like most of what Elway has done but I like that and the Risner pick a lot

QBs are so valuable, the argument can easily be made that teams should draft at least one in the first three rounds every single year.

Giants took Jones, supposedly their 1A #6 OA and Broncos took Giants 1B #42 OA.

I agree, I think the Broncos will look pretty good if Lock is just a slightly better than average NFL QB, if he’s more than that Elway hit a tape measure home run.

Joe Flacco is 34 years old. And tbh, not the most exciting and dependable QB.
They need a young QB with upside who might be able to take over.

Because QB is the Broncos’ biggest long term need and 42 is a good spot for a guy who was projected to go somewhere between 6 and 32 yesterday.
