Because Ingram and Kamara are a better fit.

Ingram ran for 114 yards and 2 TD's today as well

Ingram and Kamara had a combined 35 carries for 189 yards and 2 TD's. Also had a combined 9 catches for 48 yards.

It looks like a trade that's good for both teams.

Our offense was far too predictable when he was in the game. Peterson just never fit here, it wasn't a matter of if he could play. But I'm sure you knew that.

There’s this crazy concept that teams use different offenses than other teams.

Players may do terrible in one but well in another.

Crazy, right?

Teams don't usually use their 3rd best RB much.

Mark Ingram - 25 carries 114 yards 2 touchdowns; 5 receptions 36 yards
Alvin Kamara - 10 carries 75 yards; 4 receptions 12 yards

Peterson made the offense worse. Saints became predictable. Both Kamara and Ingram are pass catching threats and good runners. Better pass protectors too.

And in week 4 they had a combined 19 carries for 70 yards.

The run game is not a big part of Saints football. The fact that these two guys catch passes makes the difference on the Saints. Peterson is not a receiving RB

Are we pretending Payton isn't a great offensive coach in here?
