IMO

Bills Old

Bills New

(I know people like the red helmets but the rest of the uniform during the 2000s were awful)

Seahawks Old

Seahawks New

They got the modern look right with these(Blue and silver era still GOAT)

Chargers Old

Chargers New

(LT era wasn’t bad but powder blues might be the best uniforms in the NFL)

Bucks Old

Bucks New

I think the cream and green work well together

76ers Old

76ers New

People get nostalgic about the AI jerseys but the logo and jersey were just too busy, the simple red and blue is much better

76’s downgraded and while I love the new chargers uniforms, the old ones were awesome too

Agree with all but I still don’t love the Bucks - could have been so much cooler to embrace the cartoon Bango deer instead of the cliched Nike “fierce” deer and go with multiple shades of green (including lime green) from the 80’s. The rainbow piping is historic to Milwaukee - both Marquette and the Bucs and their iconic courts have featured them.

I 100% agree with the Bills.

I think the Lions upgraded by removing black and reintroducing blue pants.

Both sides are right about Philly. The 6ers have always had great uniforms.

The Astros look 1000x better in navy and orange than in red and black

Death to this era of stupid piping. Hopefully Falcons are ditching it, Cardinals need to as well

Yeah I always hated those random arse panels that a lot of NFL teams had back in the 2000s.

As for uniforms, Michigan under Adidas had a few abominations.

The Jordan uniforms are much better

Basically the teams who have "upgraded" have, for the most part, just gone back to their old style (with slight variations)

It's time for the Dolphins, Patriots and Browns.

Or maybe that is just the business model. Unnecessarily change to a shitty generic looking uniform or some futuristic garbage...only to then go back to the style you never should have left in the first place, all to the excitement of fans and increased merchandise sales

Lakers old home

Lakers new home (less yellow and more gold and they would be perfect imo)

Lakers old Sunday whites

I would have brought up the Lakers if it wasn't for the black panel on the purple jerseys.

A simple change to this and the Lakers would easily have the best set of uniforms in the association imo. Much like the Yankees, Cowboys etc, there’s really no reason to stray from tradition with branding like the Lakers have

Seahawks-no
Chargers-no (they had powder blues back then too)
Bills-yes but the old ones with the buffalo outline on the helmet were better.

The current set is definitely an upgrade from the 2000's era two tone blue uniforms.

They're just not as good as the old blue, gray, green set, but OP is talking about teams that improved with their last update.

Saw what you will about the Jag helmet, you can’t tell me the new uniforms look better.

I don’t think they upgraded. I think they’re both pretty bad. We can agree to disagree.

These should be readopted ASAP
