Excluding his rookie year, he’s made All-NBA every year of his career, and for the most part it’s been first team. Year 2 and 4 he made second team. Last year he made third team. This year he was a lock for first team again.

So I think it’s safe to say he’s probably #1 for quite a few and no worse than 3 for 13/17 years. His rookie year probably top 25-30, year 2/4/last year top 10. Pretty remarkable to remain elite for so long

We did this thread a while back, but I'm 100% on the Kobe was never #1 team.

From 2005-06 on, LeBron's numbers exceed anyone else's until the rise of Giannis. His 2006-07 season was his weakest PER, but that postseason is the one he singlehandedly dragged the terrible Cavs to the Finals.

For my money, LeBron was #1 from 2005-06 to 2017-18. Giannis eclipsed him last year and this year they were close before the shutdown.

Also, per the other thread, I'm open to anyone listing specific seasons they think someone was better than LeBron during that 05-06/17-18 time period, and I'm happy to debate.

He's been a top 3 player since 2007. Aside from 2011-2015 where he was unquestionably the best, where he falls on that list is up for debate.

Anytime a player leads the league in PER Win share Ws/48 and Bpm it goes without saying they are the best. Each advanced stats on its own doesn’t tell you a whole whole lot, but when 4 different ones all agree, well the choice is simple. Harden easily the leagues best player in 17-18.

you are gonna get shite on because you're you, but it's 100% accurate that harden was the best player in the league in 17-18

Not easily, I consider it basically a tie between Bron and Harden in 2018

65 wins. Pioneer of league greatest offense before they shut it down with 4-5 games left and started resting guys. With good health they would’ve easily won 70+. Blow lebron out across the board in analytics.

Bron exceeded Harden in assists, rebounds, blocks and blows him out in FG%, not to mention played all 82 games best ability of an elite player is availability, Bron was better at shooting the ball in-game
