This course is A BEAST for 4 days straight on EVERY SHOT... That's why they play it at the same course every year and why they call it THE MASTERS...

It's just a made up golf tournament...being called the Masters doesn't mean it's the most difficult course in the world.

Just something Bobby Jones made up a long time ago...and golf has certainly changed...as has the course to some degree because of Tiger.

He made the old course look like a goddamn joke. Driving to every green...

-18 under!

I don't think many golfers tremble at Augusta like they would at Spyglass ("If it were human, Spyglass would have a knife in its teeth, a patch on its eye, a ring in its ear, tobacco in its beard and blunderbuss in its hand." - Jim Murray, Los Angeles Times)

And...other courses. It's not a beast. There are always low scores there and have always been.

I'd take phelps best 5 years vs tiger's all day, every day.

I’ll Take Tigers 99-2002 stretch when he won 7 of 11 majors and had 20 other wins over Phelps’ anything, or anyone ever.

That’s more tournaments won over a stretch of 3 years than 99.9% of golfers ever and would be 20th of all time, not to mention 7 majors, which would rank 7th all time by itself.

No he won’t.

Chances he wins 4?

I'm a HUGE Tiger fan but the talent in golf now is insane compared to years ago. 1%, Better chance to break the "wins" record obviously. He's had the highest swing speed on tour which I love and hate at the same time. How long can his body handle that?

In my eyes, he's the GOAT without question. He pushed/pushes the needle like no other and his dominant run has never been done by anyone else.

Zero at this point. That is another 5 major HOF career tacked onto the tail end of his career at 42-43?

Let him get a sniff at a major and I’d bump it up to 5%.

If he gets a sniff at a major, you would bump your percentage of him winning 4 majors up to 5%?

You don't know how percentages work. You should refrain from gambling.

I believe Tiger is the GOAT regardless of whether he wins another major. Totes Mcgotes.

Tiger will never play like his former self in a major. He is a side show.

Yes. If he got close could be coming up on a roll.

This is not an unfair statement in regards to gambling.

I don't hate the guy at all... He is fantastic at what he does and for A 5 year period was the best ever at any individual sport... But I have said since thanksgiving 2009 that he would never win another major.... I will stand by that statement... But if he somehow pulls one out I will gladly come here and say I was wrong/..............

0% chance before this weekend. I’d put it at about 15% now.

He excels at Augusta, not sure he has it in him to win two or three of the other majors combined.

Beat or tie? I would say there is a five to ten percent chance he ties. He better get one at either Bethpage Black, Pebble this year, or St. Andews next year though. He could still get one more green jacket but he is still 43 and getting older. Needs to be sitting on 16 going into next year's majors to have anything resembling a realistic chance. He can't afford a two or three year dry spell. I'm figuring DJ, Thomas, Rose, Rory, and Koepka all get at least one in the near future. Throw in a couple of first time winners like Schauffle, Finau, or Fleetwood and that doesn't leave a lot of tournaments left for him in the next four years which is probably about where the gauge hits empty on Tiger.

He can definitely still win a US Open given the set up most years (i.e. not Erin Hills). I would’ve said that the British and the PGA would’ve been the toughest for him but he had two very legitimate shots at both last year, so never say never.

I'd bet on Tiger winning at least one major in his 50s.
