Strug in 96 was not possible, what she did landing on one leg on a vault isn't possible, again it isn't possible.. the fact the games were state side and the girls brought home the gold big time in woemen's gymnastic that year was special. They actually did a state side tour that group and I went an watch them live, only female sport to date I have ever watched LIVE.

Of course the 80 mens college team vs the Soviets professionals.

Any time you can watch BOLT,

The irony of Tonya Harding skate laces "mysteriously" breaking during her runs, can you say KARMA!

All 238 of PHelps medals. The guy shadowboxing in front of him, LOL.

Had a real bonner for Christi Yamaguchi.

And when I learned what curling and equestrian were, followed by, those aren't sports.

Well, now you've gone and done it.

My favorite curler: Anna Sidorova

And, of course, my favorite hurdler: Michelle Jenneke

Great 30 for 30 on Katarina Witt and how she was a superstar in Communist Germany. There’s some Playboy pics of you google.

Oh yeah, well aware.

But she seduced the judges.

That's gold medal worthy.

Even the announcers say before she even skates..."her version of Carmen is going to be a flirtatious one."

Don't remember the year or the exact sport, it was wrestling or Greco Roman wrestling or something like that where we don't typically medal much.

They are interviewing a U.S. participant who just medaled, and he's crying and all he could get out was,"I'm a happy dude Man!!!" The emotion was raw and real.

Was it the guy who beat the undefeated Russian? A big heavyweight?

If so that’s Rulon Gardner and he ended up getting part of his foot amputated when he got lost in the woods in freezing temperatures but was still able to wrestle.

I remember his 1996 victory was huge.

It's not number one to me but Kobe shutting down the gold medal game in crunch time was amazing to watch. So many superstars on that team and Kobe single handedly finished the game off.

I hate to say it, but Bruce Jenner in '76 used to be one of mine. I was 12 at the time and he was such an All-American hero. That memory has been somewhat tainted...
