If the Lakers can somehow get pick 2 we might be able to talk.

Also I will hedge a bit. I trust Griffin to a certain degree.

If he really likes Garland and he is sold on the Lakers I’ll trust him and see where it goes.

I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, but why would the Pels want to trade with a west team they'll be fighting for a playoff spot with for the foreseeable future?

That’s rich. A man in his early 20s with vascular issues is in NO WAY a sure thing. In no way is it a “lie.” Now run along little guy.

If we've learned anything this season, its that Lebron is on the downhill side of his career and a terrible teammate. A year from now it will be painfully obvious. I get AD wanting to be a star in LA, but NY is going to be the big free agent destination now.

The top 4 are pretty set with Zion, Ja then RJ/Reddish. After them is the big drop off.

I would put Garland and Culver above Reddish imho

If these guys are so good and "sure things" why are you yanking it over your head at the thought of getting rid of them?

Ingram will be an overpaid health question mark the rest of his career. Saying that is a lie is willful ignorance. I'll be happy to let the Lakers either sign him or cut him, but I would be really mad if the Pels traded for him as anything other than "filler" at this point.

The Warriors had a pretty good history with three NBA championships, Wilt, Rick Barry, Nelly, Run TMC, and had that famous upset over the Mavs in the first round in '07 that had the sports world abuzz. Also, Golden State had tremendous fan support and was regularly in the top half of the league in attendance before the Curry years. New Orleans have won two playoff series since they've had a team despite having the good fortune of having two tremendous HOF talents for the past decade and their attendance has always been dreadful. Not exactly an apples to apples comparison.

I am 31 years old. I follow NBA and have been about this message board life for a while.

Nobody cared or spoke about the Warriors outside their own fanbase for my entire life until this recent run

People will care about any franchise, and I mean any, if they get young superstar talent and start winning

Yeah none of this maters. This isn’t college football where history holds that much weight. The Warriors were absolutely an afterthought before this run.

A lot of things in all these threads bother me, but I am completely dumbfounded how the Pelicans fans have become completely enamored with Mitchell Robinson. Like he’s the prize here.

A traditional 5 in today’s NBA?
