Could be on a watch for a 20/20/20 game.

Wizards are on a roll lately.

Yes but I think he is learning to shoot very few threes and has a costar who does not dribble the ball flat every possession.

Lakers should trade LeBron for Westbrook while they still can

He’s chasing assists right now, but I can’t really blame him for it

I’ve said this before but I used to hate Westbrook before he joined the Wizards but I can’t help but love the guy now. Easily my favorite player now. He is relentless and is unreal to watch but yeah he makes some really boneheaded decisions sometimes which are absolute insanity, but the guy never quits and uplifts everyone around him. This is HIS team in less than a full season. I wish Beal had his alpha mentality. He’s been great at helping bring Rui and Gafford along and the team has taken on a bit of his swagger. Wiz games are fun again.

I know I’ve dumped on Trae Young defensively a lot, but Russ might be the worst defensive player in the league right now.

Granted, if you do what he does offensively, then it doesn’t really matter.

Probably the only Laker fan that wouldn’t mind

Btw, Washington is firmly in the 10th seed. That’s the one team I wouldn’t want to see in the Play In. Much like Steph and Golden State in the West

People forget that HOU would have won the title last year if russ wasn’t hurt. He was literally the worse player on the court and made the team worse. It was due to his COVID then he messed up his leg. He was out of shape, out of rhythm, and hurt. And it showed.

There was one constant on all those houston teams that was the reason they lost in the playoffs. One common denominator for 8 years

Minus win share
Minus win share 48
Minus BPM
Minus VORP

All dead last on the team. If you are like me you were unaware that some of those stats can even go into the minuses. I have certainly never seen anything like it. What the minuses tell us, is that the team was worse off than they would have been had he not played at all. In that case he woulda had all zeroes, which is a clear upgrade from the actual result.

We’re you under the impression that my comment about Westbrook was an observation on this particular game he is playing?

weird how CP3 had his worst w/s, w/s per 48, BPM, and VORP of his career his last year in Houston, and now he looks like an mvp candidate leading a team of young pups to the best record in the league. Funny how he's made 11 all star appearances in his last 14 years, yet his 2 years in Houston were allstarless.

It's almost like maybe there was something or someone in Houston causing these hall of fame players to have their worst season of their career.
