Don't try to putt with the latest and greatest to cure your ills... go to a true flat stick.... Wilson 8802, Titleist Bullseye or some other no frills, no fat grip, no insert, no flanged back, just a flat piece of metal putter that gives you instant feedback.
And then read your putt (front & back - side too if you want), pick your line and make the same smooth straight stroke every time.
ETA - oh and the most important part.... believe every putt you make is going in the hole.

Net you putted cross hand? I didn't even notice. I guess that's good. Means it was a natural stroke. Normally I would notice that shite.
