Dang ole man... Back pain sucks. I have dealt with it from time to time. Really debilitating, especially when you can hardly get out of bed. Too much Nitro.
Funny you mention deadlifts Ryno...I'm convinced mine is caused by being a fatass and having a weak core/hamstrings. Care to share you guys workouts? I did starting strength for a while, but ironically injured my back squatting. It was with a weight I could easily handle, lost concentration and my form slipped when I lost my posture and snapped my shite up.
