The Pack ran into a physical buzz-saw last week vs the SF. No way they lose 2 in a row in Lambeau. The Bears played basically the worst defense in the NFL with a QB playing his first NFL start vs a good, but aging Chicago D. People are putting too much stock into the Bears offensive output vs a bad defense, and the Pack getting handled by a physical SF D. Chicago is still more of a finesse offense; adding a big RB in Michael Bush does not change that overall fact.

Yes. He still does..

Sorry. When I get one right like this, I have to give myself props.

only NFL week 2 play thus far.

also like Oakland (-1) @ Miami

will probably tease the Texans and Patriots together as well

Nice play.

Do we have any takers on:

St Louis (+3.5) at home against Washington
Seattle (+3.5) at home against Dallas
Steelers (-4.5) at home against New York (J)

Revis is reportedly out for the Jets and I think that huge win over Buffalo is a fluke for New York.

Interesting case on the Ravens/Eagles ...

A LOT of sharp money must be coming in on the Eagles because the public money is 97% Baltimore's way, but yet the line has actually moved in THE OTHER direction.

Just some food for thought.

I'm on Baltimore (+1)(+110).

Not because I think Flacco is all of a sudden the new Brady, but Vick still can't read defenses properly. If Cleveland gave him fits, the Ravens defense will get the better of him as well.

The added bonus is that DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin most likely won't play (last report I heard).

My play is based more on my distrust of the Eagles than it is on the on the public's overrated love of Baltimore.

I don't think has been discussed, but new feature on ESPN Insider has Dave Tuley giving some insight on what the public is on what the sharps are on every week.

"Wouldn't you love to have a roundtable discussion -- kind of like the famed Tuesday Group of wiseguys in Las Vegas -- to help with your handicapping of the NFL card each weekend? Well, this new feature is intended to do just that as we give readers many different points of view in trying to predict what will happen in this weekend's NFL games."

I know we aren't really supposed to post insider stuff, but I know a decent amount of people have it.

It's a hard concept to grasp right of the bat that you're not betting teams, but instead you're betting numbers.

So are James Harrison and Troy Polamalu.

I'm always skeptical of a team going into Seattle. That is a really difficult place to play and they are always on a different level there. No play on that game for me.
