I cut back a lot of drinking this past year. I could never give it up all together. The hangovers with two small kids is enough to make you think hard about drinking the night before. I got slammed last weekend. Partied at latour at 8 am and then cypress suite at zurich. I could barely stand when I got home. Wife wasn't even mad. She knew I was going to pay the next day

I hear you. Just turned 40 and I don't drink liquor at all...mostly craft beer and occasional wine. I'm interested in quitting more for longterm health and fitness reasons. Harder to keep off the lbs now than it was 10 years ago. Would also save some money as craft beer ain't cheap. Not sure when I'm going to pull the plug but honestly the benefits of quitting altogether seem to outweigh any upside or enjoyment.

Net and I went no drinks at atchafalaya. Worst round in a while. So i shoot bad and I'm sober. What is so fun about that.

Mee too. I want to get back on shape and drinking a couple ipas every other night and more on weekends Aint helping. I would like to get to a place where I only have a drink or two at social events.
