It’s funny to me how much work espn put in to making the play offs seem built around an algorithm or a formula like the BCS. They have percentages of chances for the teams, and a bunch of fun graphics to drive home how much they can pinpoint it down to a percentage chance
Meanwhile the reality is that outside of the auto bids, the rest of the seeds are set by an arbitrary group of suits setting up a ranking with an ever changing criteria of what makes the best team
