The Tennis Channel guys were also saying big things about the Russian going against Sock.

30 degrees cooler today than yesterday.

I know they got away from Rebound Ace because it was melting in the heat. Not sure if this Plexicushion is faster or slower than that. It's certainly slower than U.S. Open.

It's way slower than Rebound Ace

They said it has a sandpaper feel to it which makes it slower.

I really do admire Kerber Baby but she is a weak #1.

She has awful yips right now, just bending in terrible serves. And yet, last game she hit two of the nicest running angle backhand winners from ten feet behind the baseline that I've ever seen.

Chris Everett is not good as a commentator. Cliff can't even save her.

She doesn't have the confidence and mystique of a #1 player. And her serve is pathetic. I do like her game and she does play terrific defense and has shot making ability.

I'm debating on if I should watch Isner tonight

I'm in a good mood and do not need a meltdown because of his bullshite effort and attitude

Sure, he should do OK against the lesser Zverev. Isner should get to the fourth round with Pouille out now. Jo Willie is rolling.

He played 4 sets in day/rd 1 so he's due for a idgaf about trying match

What's crazy is that Isner has lasted longer at the FO than any other Slam

That is shocking because you'd think Wimbledon would be a Qtr Final at least

Beating a dead horse here but Kerbers first serve is a basically a weak 2nd serve.

There is a weird sort of thing with some big guys like Isner that they actually do well on clay because the slow bounce gives them a lot of time to set up for shots and they can handle high bounces easily. Plus, some like Soderling in his runs are strong as shite and can hit through slow conditions better than smaller guys. Sure, Isner can bomb away on grass. But, he can't move on it and can't return on it.

Kerber back to back double faults in the 2nd set tiebreaker and she's just trying to spin in her first serve.

Eta she loses the 2nd set. She's going down.

I understand but you'd think with his serve he'd been in a Qtr somewhere

My issue with Isner is his outward demeanor. I want him to do well, but watching him is infuriating
