Cormier isn't overrated. He just can't beat Jones, but no one ever has so that's not really a knock on Cormier.

I wonder if Cormier will take some HW fights now and next time Cain gets back surgery go for the belt. He'll be ready to retire by the time Cain returns from that next back surgery.

The people who think Brock could beat Jon Jones in this thread is laughable. Brock would not be able to get his hands on him. Jon could fight at range and win an easy decision at least. I think he would attack Brock's body and soften him up then possibly finish him late. Stipe would kill Brock too FWIW.

Heavy weight needs a big name like DC to inject some life into the division.
If he doesn't retire that move makes a hell of a lot of sense for him. He doesn't need to fight Jones again and Jones is gonna tie that belt up for 1-2 years trying to fight lesnar anyway

OK, this is the first time that Jones has knocked out someone in 6 years.
He leg kicked someone that was barely 5-11.
Jones doesn't hit like Overreem, Cain, Carwin etc...
It would be interesting. Those side kicks to the obliques, to the knees etc...could be trouble for Lesnar though

Jones looked fricking terrifying last night. I don't think Lesnar would last through the 1st before he's finished.
