I thought the first episode's fight was worse than this one. The cut was brutal but that was all that happened. This fight had a few exchanges and some submission attempts.
With a little cardio, Shivers would have won that fight.
Here's hoping Kimbo and Nelson can put on a show next week. I've seen people on Sherdog post who won this fight but they have not said whether or not it was a good fight.

Dude was pulling a Kalib Starnes at times during his fight, eeks out a questionable decision against a fighter that was so gassed he couldn't stand up straight and now thinks he has enough credit to pop off on Page.
He looks like he can make 205. Lorenzo should toss him to Page too make up after filming is wrapped.

If last night is any indication, I think McSweeney is probably going to gas toward the end of that argument with Rampage

And how the hell did Shivers lose the first round? I though he won both. I think no one wanted to see a round 3. Just awful.

The guys in the second fight looked like they was gonna die on the spot. I was more worried about their life then the guy bleeding like crazy in the first fight.

I agree with all of that.
Like someone said, Shivers likely lost based on perception due to not being able to stand erect after either round.

I had Shivers winning both rounds personally. He got takedowns in a fight that didn't have much of anything else other then some leg kicks. I agree Shivers mainly lost due to the fact he was about to throw up in the cage at any second. McSweeny looked like a big pussy when he wouldn't go after Wes at the end there. Rashad was going nuts trying to get him to go after him. McSweeny was only Rashad's first pick because he is in the Greg Jackson camp with him. I don't think that guy would have been anywhere near the first pick otherwise. The first two guys might be a bit better then we think. Abe was obviously not experienced on the ground and we didn't get to see him standing up at all. The wrestler didn't have to do anything else so he didn't. (they obviously both might suck arse, but really hard to tell from that fight, other then Abe has nothing on the ground really)

I thought Shivers won the fight as well. All he had to do was at least look like he could fight. I thought he was going to lay down during the fight. I think he would have quit if it went to a 3rd round. I hope Kimbo whoops big countrys arse. Kimbo seems humble on this show. I have respect for any man who goes from living on the streets to making good money and making a better life for himself.

even though there was no way shivers lost that fight, i was just glad it was over. worse than the first one. i foresee roy and kimbo gassing as well early in the second. neither is known for cardio. i finally got my roommate to watch and this fight may have been his last dammit. i agree with the earlier poster, 2 bad fights and 4 bad fighters.
im starting to hate rashad less every show. he is a good coach and handles his fighters very well. or maybe i'm mad a page right now for quitting fighting.

Yea I agree. I have never seen them announce a fight at the end of an episode. It's smart because EVERYONE will talk about this all week.

Pathetic fight last night. I finally got my fiancee' to watch an episode and the entire team she is complaining because the fight sucked. She does want to see Kimbo fight next week though.

There has to be more Kimbo in this season or it is over. Why would they hype Kimbo so much and ignore the other fighters if he is one and done?
I have heard contradictory rumors in regards to the fight next Wednesday.
We don't even know the other fighters in the house. All the show has been so far is Rashad/Rampage (useless now), Kimbo, and the two guys fighting at the end of the episode.

This. I was just guessing earlier as to why they gave it to McCardio. It was because Shivers looked more like he was about to keel over and pass out I guess.
