Sounds ridiculous now but DRose won MVP at age 22 (!). Most guys dont even their prime until age 25 or so. Sad we never got to see him at his peak for an extended time. But what do you think?

Completely different players whose skill-sets can't be compared IMO

Completely different games. Rose is a slasher, Curry is an elite level shooter. Curry came around literally at the perfect time for his particular talents.

To be fair, he had no business winning MVP that year

I understand that they had different playstyles but they were still both PGs in the game of basketball. All im asking is assuming DRose never had those horrible knee injuries, does he place all-time above Steph?

Rose could have been a more efficient Westbrook.

Steph is a generational, game-changing player and the best shooter of all-time.

I would have loved to see a healthy Rose, but Curry is in a different class, IMO.

It was Rose's aggressive nature that caused his injuries IMO.

One million times false. Curry is a generational offensive talent and better than Rose would have ever been. Rose vs. Westbrook would be a better comparison.

False. He probably would be what Westbrook is doing now.

If he was invincible and never got hurt yes but the way he played is the reason he got hurt. It was inevitable.

Steph had to of the greatest scoring and efficiency seasons of all-time.

Steph's 2015-2016 season:

Pts - 30.1
Assits - 6.7
Rebs - 5.4
Stls - 2.1

FG% - 50%
3pt% - 45% (on 11.2 attempts per game)
FT% - 90%
eFG% - 63%
PER - 31.5
TS% - .669

He was nuclear those two MVP years. Rose was fantastic, but it is hard to see him ever reaching a peak like that of Curry's two MVP seasons.
