I'm pretty sure that is illegal in the NFL. You can't get a running start on a kicking play.

Did it really matter? The ball was spotted on the 1 yard line ... off sides moves the ball 1/2 yard.

XPs are spotted at the 2. Offsides would move it to the 1 if they accept it on the XP. However, the Ravens chose to accept it on the kickoff.

Oh gawd...if the kicker throws a block and the holder gets up and runs the ball around the right side , they could have declined the penalty.
