Fuglsang just crashed only 10 miles from the finish. Trying to catch up with the peloton now.

Impressive ride for Teunissen. I think they can do a really strong TTT and hang onto yellow, they may even win the stage. Stage 3 gives Van Aert a real chance to hold onto yellow for the team as well.
I was really rooting for Sagan to win it.
Horrible crash for Fuglsang. He’s looked like one of the strongest riders all year. I hope he can recoup and challenge for yellow.

Not ideal to have a crash the day before a TTT, will be interesting to see how it affects him and how long he spends at the front or if they can keep him in the shadows.
I don’t associate Astana as a strong TTT so expect them to lose time to GT and Bernal.

Surprising time from FDJ and Movistar...but for different reasons. LRP is also let his team dig a huge hole. Guess Movi sucking today maybe good for the race because they have to find time now.

Nice start to the race for Kruijswijk, 20 seconds on Ineos and the rest.
Not sure how long Jumbo would want to hold the jersey for though? You obviously don’t want to lose it but at the same time no chance they can hold it for three weeks, would think they would ideally want a breakaway to take some pressure off
