Looks as tho hardwn got a little too greedy at the end, went right into pop’s trap. Should’ve deferred to russ imo

Just a lot of bad looks from the key players on CC. Really notice the 4th q comparison. In Clutch time the rockets folded like cheap thanksgiving patio furniture you return to K-Mart once the inlaws leave. Not much else to say really. They couldnt buy a bucket with all of Tillman Fertidda's gold chains.

it doesnt really help when your two best players, your supposed all stars combine for a +/- of NEGATIVE 11
that isn't getting it done against anyone in this league S

Rockets twitter is already over Russ and it’s kind of hilarious to read.

Paul is washed also. This trade was desperation. And so far, it looks bad like many of us expected. Westbrook has the basketball IQ of a gerbil. Watching Harden and Westbrook play together just makes me even more upset that Westbrook tricked voters into an MVP. Harden is clearly so much better. The only reason the Rockets are good at all has been Harden heroics.

Rockets need Eric Gordon to take like 15 shots a night directly out of Russ’ hands.

In the nba even a bum like the guy for the spurs last night can come in a get hot with a 20 point quarter. All of these players is excellent. What’s his name again? When you see a guy like that come in and light it up it makes me appreciate a guy like James even more who chips in 39-40 a night.

Lonnie was 10-18. All he would have had to do was go 1 for his next 20 and he could’ve matched James from the field.

some days are diamond. Some days are rocks Bubba. Harden last game was a 60 point effort with the highest TS ever for a 60 point game. I am big picture. CC has nothing to worry about. Neither does james. And ESPN article on home page calls hardwn the greatest offensive player since Jordan. Give him a few years and he will surpass mike.

Our boy Zach Lowe calls him this generation’s Karl Malone because he has lovey stats and nothing to show for it. Tough to argue with him.
Also tough to argue with Simmons who says that watching Harden is miserable. Casuals might love to follow along with his box score but basketball junkies like me and Bill appreciate Luka and Giannis much more.

Karl Malone has to go up against the 2nd greatest team of all time, that why Karl didn’t get a title.
James has gone up against the #1 greatest team of all time, that’s why he doesn’t have a title yet. Harden will get his this year and the haters will say it was a down year for the league to try to downplay it.
Lebron 1-8 v warriors w Durant if you needed a reminder. And the only win they were already down 3-0.

It's hard to believe he produced 19 points on 30 shots last night.
He and Harden also combined to take 68 shots. The average number of shot attempts per game for an entire team was 81 last year.

Can y’all feasibly get rid of Russ this year?
If so, will y’all?

Rockets better get to making some moves if they’re going to win a title this year.

Westbrook is due 47 million in 2022.

I don’t think so. He is what and what to Chris. They will be about the same as last year come playoffs. Well except for harden capela and house being better players. ain’t no golden state out there this year. Without a super team the team with the best player usually has the best chance if he has championship level role players. Gordon, capela, and tucker fit the bill.

And as for this thread, i've said all along that my beloved Chrissy was clearly a better fit than Russ on this squad.
