Right, and what I was saying is that I doubt the NFL plays.
If the NFL doesn’t have the infrastructure to be able to play, zero chance a restart XFL league does. Bubble or not, that’s a lot of resource that need to be inputted to make it happen and a hell of a lot less ability to make players feel comfortable with the risk given how XFLers got screwed on insurance during the last go around

Just let me have my excitement that I could have football back in St Louis

Cool. Still gonna suck if you don’t have talent.

I always hated the start dates of these new football leagues. It was right after the super bowl and people are ready for a break from football. I would start in June and play until the beginning of the nfl season

Move the L.A. team to San Diego Move the Dallas team to San Antonio Move the New York team somewhere on Long Island Move the Tampa team to Orlando
I can agree with that.

Keep Houston, D.C., Seattle, and St. Louis where they are, but maybe consider putting the Seattle team in Portland if there’s a workable facility.
I can sorta agree with that.

Work towards adding expansion teams in Oakland, Sacramento, Louisville, Norfolk (Virginia), Milwaukee, Memphis, Columbus, and Birmingham.
Expansion begins and ends with a team in Columbus. I have already mentioned it, Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati basically kept the league alive from a ratings point of view. All 3 cities were in the top 5 every single week in metered markets. It only makes sense to put a team in Columbus since the other two already have the NFL. We know the state of Ohio is a football factory. It blows my mind the XFL didn't put a team in Ohio. If there is a XFL.2, they have to find a way to get a team in Columbus.

One of the new owners in an interview today makes it seem like the goal at the moment is to play in Spring 2021 in a bubble.

Would be miraculous if they could pull that off. I highly doubt they can
Guessing they are still fishing for investors and are trying to drum up interest with quotes like that

I still think spring football's best chance of success is as a development league model affiliated with NFL teams.
hell no, if its connected to the NFL in any way shape or form the NFL will make sure it fails.
dont be an idiot, the NFL will do anything it can to stifle any product other then its own even if its not competing directly at the same time. thats exactly what the AAF was about, the NFL pushing a shite product so they could say "see, only the NFL can give you real football"

Dwayne Johnson has people somehow unironically telling him he should run for President.
He probably is starting to think he is anything but the person that was lucky to be chosen to win a fake sporting event a bunch of times

Hmm...interesting. I'm glad someone stepped up to give it another chance.
