Just admit you made a COSTLY mistake and move on from him. He is not a good QB. It was an idiotic move getting rid of Keenum when he took them to the NFC title game. If you are going to spend $28 million a year on a qb, get a proven winner

He’s not good
He is a stat padder who gets his numbers up after he’s played his team out the game
He is awful in prime time and awful vs teams with winning records
Tons of people see his stats and think he’s good with out watching him play. This board was all in on saying he was worth the money, except the Skins fans on here who actually watched him play every week.

He's most definitely *not* bad. I've watched him play a ton.
And no, he doesn't pile up his numbers when the games are over. Now, he's not going to go out and win you games proactively, which is what an ideal quarterback will do-- but he's also not going to Jameis Winston you out of games, either.
People act like a second Tom Brady hangs out on every street corner, waiting for someone to put him on a practice squad.
No. The face of the average NFL QB isn't Tom Brady; its not even Cam Newton; its Jameis Winston or Ryan Fitzpatrick. And Cousins is better than that, albeit not by a lot.

He's mediocre. That's all. They're not likely to win much more than a division title with him, and they're not doomed to the 6 win club, either.
