Muguruza is on fire. Just taking it to Rybarikova every point.

That was some impressive tennis. If she carries that over to Saturday, she will hoist the big dish. How about the challenge in the tight game up a set up and 4-0 in the second - and she was right by about 2 mm?? love the focus. Not giving an inch.

Bunk, what do you have against Konta? Style of play?

I think I'm mostly annoyed that the UK is getting so hyped over a fake Brit. Her stupid ball bounce and goofy horse face celebrations don't help.

But, it doesn't matter. Because Queen Venus is through to the finals.

Should be a good final. Go Venus.

Funny there's been talk about cutting the ball bouncing out of tennis, and she's the first player that comes to mind.

Muguruza must have felt that was a layup after Kuzentsova and Kerber. If she wins this thing, she'll have done it the hard way. A brutal draw, and now she'll get Venus.

It's impressive as hell that Venus has 2 slam finals under her belt this year.

For hedging purposes, what would you guys expect the cilic-Federer line to be?

Federer -300?

That's probably about right. Not sure if you can estimate from current odds.

Thought it was cool to see these two dudes just bro-ing it up.

Considering Roger is roughly -300 to win the tourney, I would say -500 or -600 vs. Cilic.

Edit: This is more useful...

I'm up. Should be a good one.

Stan was +400 against Nadal in the French Open Final, and Stan was a former champion at Roland Garros.

Fed isn't quite the dominant force on grass that Nadal is on clay, but I'd imagine Federer will be at least as big of a favorite in the final as Nadal was in that match, given the lesser opponent (even if it is someone in the current form of Cilic).

So yeah, Federer will be like -500 or -600.

This has the makings of an Isner type match where first 4 sets go to a tiebreak. No one even coming close to a break

These two played the 2nd longest Wimbledon match in 2012. Cilic won 17-15 in the 5th.

Jesus, somebody passed out or something between Cilic's first and second serve at 6-6 in the tiebreak.

Wow. Sam got lucky there. He was pounding his first serve into the net on each of his last 6-7 serves

Sam rallies back from 4-1 in the breaker. Luckily, giving the first serve back to Cilic didn't screw him.

So, at 6-6 in a breaker on a 2nd serve, I can pretend to pass out and get another first serve for the player I bet on? Good to know.

Good hold to start the set after some scratchy shots.
