Likely the betting favorite for Player of the Year next season and now probably gives them the No. 1 team in the preseason rankings

While they lose Suggs, Ayayi and Kispert, they are bringing in the #2 recruiting class led by Chet Holmgren, Hunter Sallis and Nolan Hickman, along with Iowa State transfer Rasir Bolton

Timme rustled me almost like no one else ever has in their tourney run. Not sure why I can't stand this dude so much.

That may take a bit longer, if it happens

If they get Shackelford and Primo back, which both SHOULD come back, they will have a deep backcout. Just need Bediako to progress quickly to give much-needed height down low.

Zaga should have won last year but if they don't win next year, they never ever ever will.

Spot on analysis. SEC will have another good group of teams next year - would love to see someone make a deep run/win the whole thing.

Where was he projected to go in the draft?

Probably high second. I think his lack of athleticism keeps him out the first round and he doesn't have the passing ability of like a Jokic to stop crashing defenders

Timme and Kispert were roasted repeatedly in that game against Baylor.

Timme is like a time traveler for me.

Even without elite athleticism, just copying the beautiful fundamentally-sound post-play moves of McHale/Bird makes Timme easily the most watchable/compelling player in CBB.

It convinces me there’s still room for under-the-basket-ish Big Men who could dominate the wussy’s currently playing C/PF. Timme gives me hope for a revival.

So the wonder puss who can't handle physical play is back, good for him.
