Pretty daring to include Michigan State there

MidnightVibe does things like that on tennis matches.

It would pay $5.60.
If you told me you could get $.12 for every dollar invested on a practically sure thing....

That reminds me of when I built up a bankroll of over $100 on centsports, lost $40 losing with Bartoli as a big favorite, and then tilted the rest away.

I parlayed Florida ML and Hawaii +14 (bought points) in week 1, and that felt like free money, although Florida almost f’ed that up. 120% return.

I don't play during the first few weeks (maybe a few MLs), but I thought that taking Miami on the spread and the under on points was a good bet. I was pissed after I was right, but I'd have been more pissed had I actually done it and Miami didn't trip over their dicks on that final drive.

the devil that introduced an entire generation to garbage parlays

Build up that bankroll...next week play one for $5.60; next week it's $6.27...do it 41 times and you're up to $500.
I would imagine that the books get a lot of parlays like that...except for $5,000 or $50,000. 12% return...better than betting to show at Mountaineer Park!

I’m not a gambler so not sure what this means. If one of these teams gets into playoff, he wins? Or picking all 4 out of those teams?

This means the bettor is hoping all his teams win their opening weekend games. Even if one team loses, he loses his entire bet of $5. If all the teams win, he would pocket a cool $0.60 plus his initial bet of $5 for a grand total of $5.60
