The NHL Playoffs are the best of the four major sports.

There are only 3 major sports and the nhl is not one. Change my mind.

More exciting than jumping into an opponent purposefully and being rewarded with free throws.

To each his own.... The NHL playoffs are way more intense than the NBA... Its not close..... But the NHL does not have the fanbase of the NBA nationally... The arenas are packed but most don't want to take the time to watch it... Its way way better than Soccer...........

This is 100% true! The NHL has finally turned me over to their product. The NBA just doesn't do it for me anymore. There is absolutely zero excitement or intrigue in the playoffs. The atmosphere and loudness of NHL arenas in the post season are incredible. The toughness of the players is on another level and at the end of the series, they take of their gloves and shake hands like men. Its the last true gladiator sport in America.

It's really unquestionable.

The intensity and drama of every game and series is unmatched.

NHL is awesome.

I'm amazed at how long these guys can play.

fricking Joe thorton is in his 21st season.

I remember playing NHL 94 with my brother and picking it up and learning the players.

I swear those guys played forever.

It amazing the abuse they take and can go 20 fricking years

He's right you know.

Basketball is my favorite sport and i grew up in Green Bay, and believe the nhl playoffs are the most fun and intense of the 4 major sports.

They also have the worst regular season of the four major sports so I guess it all evens out.

Nhl hockey is an amazing spectator sport. Fast, continuous play, no pumped in bullshite during game play, fans who wait for play to stop before leaving or returning to their seats, tons of female talent at the games...

The top two teams lost in the first round. Best....eehhhh, most exciting, probably.

I actually went to a Caps game a couple months ago when they scored like eight goals against the Senators and I found the experience fairly boring to be honest with you. It is a lot better than watching it on TV because you can see everything going on in the ice at all times but I didn't find it to be this amazing event that changes the way I view hockey. Attending a baseball game is a lot more enjoyable experience for me.

Yea much rather have the same 1 or 2 teams in the final every year like the NBA.
