It was a thread with a guy throwing stats around and remarking that he has less interceptions than Brees.
You are so butthurt about this it is hilarious.
quote:
Sounds like a debate to me you miserable ole frick.
Says the guy that thinks Brees cares about him.

With your attitude it would be "who was the best qb ever? Oh well they are all good !
That's not the discussion in this thread. You seem to have a low intelligence quotient, you are most likely from New Orleans.

This is the problem with Saints fans: in a thread that clearly demonstrates that Tony Romo is not nearly as bad as people make him out to be, people such as yourself have to come in crying that he isn't as good as Brees. It's pathetic.
Exactly!
It's hilarious when all you're doing is putting something in perspective..... All they say is "Rar Rar Rar can't compare Romo to Brees Rar Rar Rar no rings Rar Rar Rar."
They get so fricking defensive and just start throwing out incoherent shite, refusing to acknowledge any valid points that were made.

Yeah he does.
People calling me out for pumping Brees when they are in an op romo suck fest.
You should take off the favorite team next to your name tk. That may mean you live vicariously through college kids because they are your FAVORITE TEAM.
Who started the whole living vicarious thing? Sounds like something losers say.

As the saying goes, there are lies, damn lies, and statistics. Tony Romo is the most clutch QB in Cowboys history. More comeback wins than Roger Staubach. I saw Roger Staubach win a PLAYOFF game ON THE ROAD down 28-13 to the 49ers in the 4th quarter. I saw Roger Staubach win a playoff game in January on the road in frozen Metropolitan Stadium against the 12-2 Vikings in their prime and lead a wild card team to the Super Bowl. I saw Roger Staubach overcome a 13 point deficit in the last 5 minutes of the game on THE LAST GAME OF THE SEASON to beat the Redskins 35-34 and make the playoffs by a game over those Redskins. Tell me ONE TONY ROMO COMEBACK WIN that is even on that level. I'll hang up and listen.
BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it is truly hilarious that this is all you took from this thread. A wholistic attack on Drew Brees. Awesome!

I just have to ask, are you from Baton Rouge? Or just going to school there from out of state?

Romo fricking sucks
No he does not. He is a really good NFL QB. Name me ten others in the league right now that are better. And I HATE the Cowboys and everytime they play I want them to lose.

In this thread you actually stated you would suck Brees' cock if given the chance. You should reevaluate your life.

Cheering for a team is different than your level of obsession.

I'm actually starting to think you don't know what this word means.

Wasn't that the point of the thread. To mention Tonys supposed dominance on an "attack" against lesser players. Op should have tried to keep it on track for a philosophical debate instead of throwing stats out there when clearly there are plenty of quarterbacks with better ones.
And don't disrespect PJ. He is the more sports board.

Holy shite! PJ made someone in a thread seem less retarded than him.

No, the point, which you missed by a whole lot by the way, is that Romo doesn't choke any more than these guys who are called "Elite." He hasn't choked anymore than guys who have won Superbowls... Yet his legacy is still this huge misconception that he's a choke artist. That's all.

You made a bj joke, I went with it. Nature of life.
Anyways, It's not an obsession. It's just easy to pick out Brees because I know his stats. Give anyone thirty minutes and they can find plenty more people to use to trash romo. What the op didnt get though is that outside the stats, Romo hasn't won anything and until he proves he can carry a team the entire game, he will get hate.
But like you said about Brees, do you think romo cares that ESPN loves covering his fails? Because he is getting paid millions of dollars.

No, you can't. The point of this thread is that Romo has damn good stats.

No QB carries a team. They need support. Romo didn't give up 51 points to Denver.

ut like you said about Brees, do you think romo cares that ESPN loves covering his fails?
I doubt it bothers him.

also I'd like to note how Tony Romos stats are discredited as a huge lie or an anomaly.... But when used in Drew Brees favor, it just makes him more amazing. Except when he has a shite year: bad team.

Okay then. Hope you enjoy the playoffs without Romo in it. Best qb to never do anything in the playoffs.

Thank you. He can have the top spot in that bracket. Maybe Trent Dilfer or someone like that can send down a few waves from the bottom of the important bracket.

Tony Romo is a very good QB. He just hasn't gotten it done in the playoffs.
