Women's CBB is basically College vs. High School until the Sweet Sixteen.
64 team tournament for women has always been absurd.
It should have always been like the old 16-team tournament the men had.
What's the lowest seed to ever win the tournament?
A 2?

This could be the easiest point shave in history.

You would think those responsible for the tournament would notice trends like this and think “maybe we should look at options on changing some things up”

Seems like they should cut the field in half

Unlike men, where there are future pros on many small conf. champs, the double digits seeds are just having fun.

The really funny thing is that the Women's NIT has 64 teams, too.
