The perpetual naming rights contract that Carrier has with Syracuse University has come to an end. JMA Wireless has secured the naming rights to the iconic venue. Only two years after the Dome finally got air conditioning.

So a dome named after an air conditioning manufacturer never had air conditioning?

The Dome didn't get AC until 2020. With a full football crowd the place would get pretty steamy.

Not my alma mater. I'll always call it The Dome. Although it's debatable whether it is actually still a dome with the new roof structure.

Felt pretty stuffy in there when LSU played in 2015.

It was terrible in there for the LSU game years ago.

Certainly remember that for the LSU game a few years back. But not as bad a baking in the sun in Tiger Stadium in early September.

September games on a warm Saturday would heat the place up pretty good. No more aluminum benches either, the place is getting seat backs soon.

Iconic? I guess if it being old makes it iconic.
