The Bears just made the biggest mistake this season

Block a fg as time expired in the 1st half, player returns it and was easily gonna score....but literally stopped at the 1 to showboat and Pittsburgh batted the ball out of the players hands into the end zone. Good job Bears

Why is Pitt the defense? That doesn’t seem right they were kicking? Safety seems like common sense to me

Yeah but if Steelers were on offense near the goal line and illegal bat out of end zone would be a safety.
But to I guess since kick was blocked and Bears scooped it, they now become offense and Steelers defense so the penalty isn’t “in the endzone” anymore?
