So pumped Freddie is ok.

But I think he should start wearing some kind of lightweight padded batting glove or wristband on his left hand.

Seems like it'd be pretty difficult to design something to protect the area where the wrist/hand connects without impacting his ability to use hit hands when swinging. The way Freeman swings seems to expose him to getting hit this type of way. Just have to hope he's able to avoid it in the future.

I stand corrected. Francoeur said on the pregame broadcast that Freddie has been wearing a pad over the area on his hand/wrist that he got his last year.
