No reason for umps to have to confirm the bullshite calls they make on the field. Just let the technology make the call or let the old men make shitty judgement calls on the field, this burden of proof bullshite is very silly.

Nothing to add. Terrible screw job. Foot never touched the plate. I hate the Braves too. Good thing this wasn’t in the playoffs.

Absolutely brutal, saw two angles that were clear he never touched the plate and we get a call stands? I’m with everyone else, what’s the point of replay?

It wasn’t a shitty call. I can definitely see how he got it wrong in real time. But the fact that they upheld it is unbelievable

This.

Also guys like Snit are much better men than I am. They would have had to have me arrested before I got off that field if I was the Braves manager. What I said to those umps probably would have got me a nice long suspension too.

I woulda done what that minor league braves coach did and thrown the rosen bag like a grenade and taken all the bases out and brung them in the clubhouse. If we end up having a close race for the NL east to finish the season, i will think about this game way too fricking much.

All I ask for is fairness in a contest. I don’t care what happens in the national league. My team is in the American League. You can’t have this level of incompetence with all of the video technology and camera angles. Braves got hosed tonight but thank goodness it was just the ninth game of the season.

Thats the thing. Fans of every other team in the league including the Phillies know they blew the call. Like someone said earlier, if it were a playoff game, shite would hit the fan. This is a Saints NFC championship missed call bad.

It's 9:37 AM on Monday, and Bohm still hasn't touched home plate.

I’m still mad. Has the MLB made a statement yet?

LOL I’d be shocked if they did. They hate Atlanta.

Enjoy being in 1st place on April 11. Based on a series where the Phils bloop hit the Braves to death. And then won on one of the worst replays in MLB history a few days later.

We’ll see you in September fam.
