Wind is the only equalizer. These guys can make any course seem easy without it. No wind this week.

Should get more difficult as the week goes on. Seems like todays pin placements aren't necessarily the worst either.

Agreed on that. They are already trying to water greens between groups when they get a chance. I'm thinking they will start to let them go this weekend.

He’s gotta be one of the most overrated players today right?

Does Tiger's body just not allow him to really draw the ball anymore? It's like he can't quite get through the ball unless it's on a tee. Like the contact with the ground hurts him enough to cause him to leave it out right.

Before the round, I thought a bet placed on Tiger to make the cut would be a smart one.

Doesn't look like a smart move now.

His ankle and back are both fused so shaping shots is def more difficult but he’s always liked to fade the ball more with his irons

they need to go back to balata balls. That would help a lot with punishing mishit balls

The fade is also, generally, a lot easier to control, especially your distances. So, when your game is still a work in progress, it is definitely going to be the preferred shot.

Everytime we hear how impossible a course is going to be it never quite lives up

Sunday afternoon I think winning score is -5 with no more than 6 guys under par

Not if they keep drenching the greens. They need to let them bake out.

Quite the prediction when Cantlay just shot a 65

It was a fun Sunday, I agree. It's just a little tough to watch guys eat alive a major championship course.

Yeah, I want to see the best challenged a bit more personally, I'd rather watch the playoffs than the all-star game.

Can't wait to watch Cantlay play 6 hours rounds all weekend.

Bryson shot -7 in round 1 of the Masters. Only one player finished lower than that after 4 rounds, and it wasn’t Bryson. Rickie shot -8 in round 1 of the US Open last year. Only two players shot lower than that after 4 rounds and it wasn’t Rickie. If the course gets drier, it’s going to be very difficult to break par
