You can pretty much pencil them in for that 3:30pm Saturday wild card game against the likes of the Indy/TENN/BALT's of the AFC. Mark it down. That must suck to know you are a perennial playoff team & that is what they do to you every year.

Primetime NFL Playoff games go to teams that are expected to go deep in the playoffs, have had a lot of recent playoff success, or are big national draws. None of those things apply to the Texans which is why they get the Saturday afternoon/early Sunday afternoon time slots every year.
